Burren Cumin Salami (1kg)

Delicious cumin salami made from our own organic beef and local pasture-raised pork. Carefully blended with cumin, salt and spices, smoked and then left to cure for two months. This salami is ready to eat or it can be cooked. Shelf life of two months. 

Ingredients: Organic beef local pasture-raised pork, salt, nitrate, cumin, pepper, garlic, water, meat culture. Allergens: lactose. May contain traces of nuts.
